Jim Tower, Sales Manager - After 40 years working with the Mercedes Benz brand in Portland, Jim has come home to Monte Shelton Jaguar. Jim is one of the most highly-respected figures in the luxury automotive world and his relationship with Monte started in 1962 when he bought an MGB from him at Monte's Motors as a teenager. Jim and Neil go all the way back to 1980 and, after 30 years, they finally have the pleasure of working together to make Jaguar the most sought-after luxury car in Portland. Jim loves the 20 years he has spent living on his floating home and spends his free time on the water and at the Oregon Coast. Jim considers the Jaguar a "true enthusiast's car" and firmly believes it has an "unmatched fit, finish, detailing, style and performance." Jim is excited about the immediate future at Monte Shelton Jaguar, especially because "it's like being able to start all over again in the luxury car business." David Soots – Dave’s been at Monte Shelton for almost 30 years, is a Jaguar Gold Master Certified Sales Consultant, a member of the Master Sales Consultant Guild and spends every minute away from work in the water on his boat or a water ski. For Dave, it’s all about the cars because he thinks there’s nothing better than owning and driving a “true” luxury car. His car…depends on which keys are lying around the showroom. Bradley Shattuck – Brad’s been with Monte Shelton for over a decade, is a Jaguar Gold Master Certified Sales Consultant, a member of the Master Sales Consultant Guild and was The Oregonian Salesman of the Month. Bradley spends his free time with his family, is a huge Blazer fan and plays in a band…but we won’t tell you which instrument he plays. Bradley loves the “heart” of the people at Monte Shelton because everybody really cares about each other. Joseph Silver – Joe’s is a newer member of the Monte Shelton sales team and is coming up on his 5th year. But in that short time, he’s already a Jaguar Silver Master Certified Sales Consultant. When Joe isn’t helping new members to the Jaguar family, he is an actor and director in the local stage and musical scene. He’s also another big Blazer fan and goes to as many games as he can. Joe believes in the high ethical standards of Monte Shelton Jaguar and can’t picture himself anywhere else. Joe will waste no time in telling you a Jaguar is luxury and performance wrapped in a gorgeous and reliable package. His car…a 2006 Jaguar S-Type. Silver, of course. Sal Afzal – Sal joins the Monte Shelton family after 16 years experience with the Mercedes-Benz brand. Born & raised in London, Sal has lived over half his life here in Portland and spends his spare time with his wife and 2 daughters. Sal is also an avid Formula 1 Racing, soccer and basketball fan (Blazers and Timbers, of course!). Because he is such an automobile enthusiast, Sal feels that he's landed in "automotive heaven" here at Monte Shelton. "I love the warm family atmosphere here at Monte Shelton Jaguar and I truly believe that Jaguar automobiles offer unrivalled exclusivity, performance and reliability in comparison to the mainstream luxury cars on the road today."
